Making an order

Using the shopping basket

There is a button with a "shopping cart" symbol below each product. Clicking this button automatically brings you to your shopping basket. The item you selected will be added to your basket. At any time you can increase the number of items of each product, or delete a product. If you change your mind and don't want to order a product, or wish to choose a different one, you can simply remove that product from the shopping basket. You can then resume shopping, or continue to checkout. 

Vouchers

You can enter the voucher code in the designated input field (shopping basket overview).

Checkout 

The order process does not begin until you click on "checkout", and you then enter options and personal details in a series of steps. The heading section of the order page gives an overview of these steps in the ordering process: shopping basket, address, shipping, method of payment, checking & confirming the order, paying with PayPal   or creditcard.

Details required for an order 

We have tried to ensure that the order process is kept as simple as possible.  However we require certain details in order to complete your order:  Your name and address, the name of the recipient and their address (in case the address differs from yours), and your credit card details if paying by credit card.

Costs of shipping

Shipping costs amount to CHF 4.90 (incl. VAT) for inner-swiss respectively 4.90 EUR for non-inner-swiss (abroad) deliveries. The sum required for free shipping is indicated within the shopping basket.

The best singletrails in the best mountain bike spots throughout Europe - this is the convincing formula of the brand new Supertrail Maps. For the first time ever, these unique topographic maps make the knowledge of locals available to others. All the trails on a map have been biked and rated in five difficulty levels for up- and downhill separately by specially trained authors. This consistent rating facilitates tour planning and spares a user from getting into sketchy situations on the trails. In addition to the difficulty rating, extraordinary nice trails are marked with a «highlight»-pictogram. The maps in a scale of 1:50 000 show all information required for tour planning and orienting oneself on the trails, such as: difficulty, highlight-trails, mountain railways with mountain bike transport, mountain bike shuttles, dangerous falls, restaurants, bike shops, emergency numbers and touristic infopoints. Thanks to the especially chosen map section, one map covers the whole area. The Supertrail Maps are printed on tear- and waterproof foil which makes them very sturdy. On the back of any map, additional information about the area and the use of a Supertrail Map are presented in two languages. Folded dimensions of 10x15cm allow the map to fit into any pocket without squeezing.

Freeride Map

The best rides in the freeride hot spots of the alps – this is the simple formula of the Freeride Maps. The first map available to freeriders is making the locals freeride knowledge available to a broad public. All ridable slopes, drops and couloirs are marked as freeride corridors in different colours for three difficulty ratings: blue for technically easy terrain, yellow requires advanced to very advanced ability and red is extremely difficult terrain that is partially exposed and therefore reserved to crack riders. Short ascents are marked with red lines. The Freeride Maps are based on topographic maps 1:25,000. They contain all essential information about the terrain that is necessary for planning and going freeriding. The maps are printed on water resistant and indestructible paper. On the back side, the maps include all relevant planning, safety and rescue information.
