Outdoormediashop.com is a trademark of Outdoor Publishing GmbH, CH-9452 Hinterforst. All business transactions between Outdoormediashop.com and the purchaser, hereinafter called the customer, are governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions. The placing of an order by the customer implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

This version of the General Terms and Conditions is valid from May 1st, 2014.

Onlinemediashop.com reserves the right to change these General Term and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract is the applicable version.

Conclusion of the contract

The information on the internet constitutes a non-binding invitation to order products.
After the customer details are entered, on clicking the order button the customer is submitting a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
The purchase contract does not come into effect until Outdoormediashop.com accepts the customer's offer by shipping the ordered goods to the customer.

Registration

The customer is required to register in advance with Outdoormediashop before an order can be made.

Delivery

Deliveries within Switzerland are in general made between 3 and 5 working days after the order has been placed, and between 4 to 10 working days for the rest of Europe. For deliveries outside Europe, the delivery time varies depending on the address.
 
If the invoicing address and the delivery address are in two different countries, the order is invoiced on the basis of the currency, prices and delivery conditions of the country of delivery.
 
Delivery is charged at the delivery rate displayed when placing the order.

In the case of partial delivery caused by supply bottlenecks, Onlinemediashop will bear any additional costs of delivery.

Prices

Prices in the Outdoormediashop may be indicated in Swiss Francs or Euros.
The prices shown in Swiss Francs are applicable for deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The Euro prices are applicable for deliveries to all other countries.
All the above prices (Swiss Francs and Euros) are understood to be exclusive of the country-specific applicable VAT and the delivery charges.
 
Price details can be changed at any time without advance notice. The price indicated at the time of ordering will apply.
 
Vouchers will be redeemed solely under the conditions indicated on the voucher, and exclusively for the goods specified on the voucher.

Country-specific prices

Please note that differing applicable taxes, country-specific pricing, and differing conditions of the book market in the individual countries will entail differing prices for the same item.

Customs duty/VAT

In the case of exports (deliveries outside Switzerland), the price invoiced is a net price without VAT.
 
The customer bears the costs of import duties and taxes when goods are imported to countries outside Switzerland.  Customs duties and fees are not part of the costs of delivery.

Methods of payment

Orders from the Outdoormediashop can be paid by credit card (Mastercard/Visa) or via Paypal.
The invoicing party will appear on the credit card bill as www.Outdoormediashop.com.
Resellers will also be supplied against invoice.

Right of return / Declaration of revocation

To avail of the Right to Return the customer is obliged to return the goods together with the original delivery note within 10 days of receipt of the delivery. The customer bears the costs of postage. The burden of proof for the dispatch of the returned goods is borne by the customer. Returned goods will only be credited if they arrive in perfect condition at Outdoormediashop.com.

Applicable law and court of jurisdiction

Court of jurisdiction and place of fulfilment for any disputes which may arise between the parties is 9450 Altstätten, Switzerland. Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
 
The ineffectiveness of individual provisions does not affect the effectiveness of the purchase contract or of the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
