Because the raw material of our plastic pallets, pallet frames and paloxes is subject to considerable fluctuations every day, we'll gladly calculate our offer to you on a daily basis and very tightly calculated based on the quantity requested, including freight costs.
We deliver our plastic pallets in whole packaging units, whenever possible directly from the factory. This reduces handling and packaging costs, and premature wear of the pallets. In addition, considerable transport costs are saved in part because we make optimal use of the available interior height of the trucks and work efficiently with selected freight forwarders across Europe.

Our plastic pallets are characterized by impressive durability and thus achieve a very high number of cycles in distribution. Compared to the service life and susceptibility to damage of other pallets, our plastic pallets therefore offer a decisive cost advantage. The low weight of our export pallets leads to lower transport costs. This is an important factor, especially in air freight. Our nestable light-pallets and export pallets take up less floor space during empty transport and in the warehouse.

They meet even the strictest export requirements: e.g. for the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and China. Special pest control treatments are not necessary. For wooden pallets, however, expensive special treatment (Sirex / fumigation) and appropriate labeling on the pallet is required. Bureaucratic paperwork and labeling effort on the pallet are eliminated. No ISPM15-compliant treatments and labeling or official phytosanitary certificates are required. More durable
Plastic pallets have a much longer lifespan because they are weather-resistant. Mass, weight and shape remain unchanged at all times (unless overloaded!). For example, the H1 hygienic pallet range with the well-known red EHI symbol is still fully operational even after more than 10 years of tough practical use in the meat industry. Especially in internal or closed circuits or in the pallet pool, the advantages of the high-quality plastic pallet with regard to durability are fully realized.
More reliable
The load-bearing capacity of a new wooden pallet is quite comparable to the load-bearing capacity of a good plastic pallet. Resilience becomes problematic with wooden pallets that have been in circulation for a long time or have been damaged. And that can be the case quickly: the wooden pallet absorbs moisture or moisture, splinters, may rot and generally loses quality. This can hardly be avoided since wooden pallets also come into contact with moisture due to the weather. These are some shortcomings that quickly make the wooden pallet an unreliable and unsafe load carrier.

Plastic pallets can be cleaned easily, quickly and thoroughly. Cleanliness or hygiene is not a requirement exclusive to the food and pharmaceutical industries. In many branches and industries such as electronics or automotive supply industry there are requirements such as cleanliness, freedom from dust, etc. These requirements not only require certain properties of the load carrier, but also a guaranteed, constant quality standard. And this cannot be met to the same extent as wooden pallets as plastic pallets can.
Easier on one's health
Since plastic pallets are lighter than the variants made of wood and metal, you protect the health of your employees (e.g. back problems). Particularly in areas of application in which empty pallets have to be moved and stacked by hand, this means a considerable relief for the staff. In addition, a very big advantage for companies with a high proportion of women amongst its employees.

Plastic pallets offer specific and efficient solutions for the respective area of application. High-quality plastic pallets can be changed specifically. By adding additives, for example, conductivity, UV compatibility or material strength, temperature resistance can be significantly influenced. Sustainable
Sustainability plays a very important role today. Contrary to what you might think, plastic pallets nowadays achieve better results from an ecological point of view than their counterparts made of wood or metal. Plastic pallets have a longer useful life than wooden pallets. This means that they have to be replaced less frequently, and the longer service life means that less transport is required to deliver new pallets. In addition, the weight of the plastic pallets is lower than that of the wooden pallets. This means that CO2 emissions are reduced during transport. Plastic pallets are often made from recycled materials. In turn, they are also 100 percent recyclable: a win-win situation.
