Warranties

Because we are convinced of the quality of our products, we grant following warranties:

- 20 year long guarantee for availability of spare parts and repairs.

- 3 year long warranty for burner tube.

- 10 year long warranty for all parts except expandable items*.

* Expandable items are: Burner tube, flame cover, orifice, thermoelectric safety device and barbecue grids.

Right of cancelation

If you are not satisfied with our product you have the right to return all goods until 14 days after the articles were delivered. We well refund the purchase price of the articles immediately.

We are offering revisions at our shop in St. Gallen. Please contact us for further information or to make an appointment.
