Domestic shipping (Switzerland and Lichtenstein):
We send our parcels, if always reasonable and possible, with the Swiss Post as 'PostPacEconomy' parcels with the 'pro clima' addition.

Orders that arrive on weekdays until 17.00 o'clock, are between 3-5 working days with you. - Swisspost Priority
Orders which arrive on weekdays until 17.00 o'clock, are between 2-3 working days with you.
During the payment process you will be shown the expected delivery dates as well as the weight-dependent costs.
Shipping abroad (EU and worldwide):
We ship our parcels, depending on the destination country with a suitable delivery service. In the EU currently with Swiss Post GLS. In the case of foreign shipment (export), Swiss VAT will be deducted from the total price. However, depending on the destination country, you will be charged different VAT costs and customs clearance costs by the parcel service.
Orders received by us by 5 p.m. on weekdays are between 4-5 working days at your place (EU area).
Orders received by us by 5 p.m. on weekdays are between 5-15 working days with you (worldwide).
During the payment process you will be shown the expected delivery dates as well as the weight-dependent costs.

Payment
Payment is normally made online via e-payment solutions (Postfinance / credit card).
If this is not possible for you, please contact us.
Postcard, E-Finance (Switzerland)
Payment by postcard is popular because you only need to enter the number on the front and back of your Postcard and the payment is complete. You can also pay with e-finance, which requires your Postcard and card reader.
Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)
You can pay quickly and securely via the SSL interface of our payment service provider Stripe Payments. Stripe Payment is the payment service provider that bills for amazon.com and booking.com.
If you choose this payment option, you will be redirected to a Stripe window to enter your credit card details. Your credit card will only be charged after you have checked your order in the last step and authorized the order process.
